METHOD
1.Mix all ingredients into a paste.
2.Apply a thin layer on face and body. Wash off with cool water after ten minutes.

Use this scrub once or twice a week.

tablespoon milk, rose water, or plain water, or enough to make a paste
METHOD
1.Mix all ingredients into a soft scrub.
2.Apply the scrub with your fingertips. Massage your skin gently with the facial scrub for one minute with gentle, circular movements of your fingers. Be extra gentle on the skin around the eyes.
3.Rinse the scrub off your face with water.
